One Day

One Day...

I'm not special but not typical.
I don't conform to your norm,
because I have my own.
I'm rather realistic than radical.

I can't cook, nor strum any string.
I don't have a perfect body shape.
But I've got something to bring.
A cup of latte along with a crepe.

One day...
 I'd learn to cook.
 I'd run an extra mile.
I'd learn to strum with my music book.
One day... I'd make you smile.

Tell your mum I'd be fine.
I'd have beautiful children,
their dad could call, "mine."
And granny's, "precious lil silken."

Hello October

FPT University Hoa Lac
8:27AM
Room 205L

When was the last time I thought of taking a break from writing my random emotions in Blogger? No, idea..it just happened-something like "oh no..I'm tired of this sh*t"... I know...it doesn't make sense is it?

Sometimes when your heart is broken, all you want to do is freeze, pray as hard as you can and hope that one day you'd get up feeling a bit better. Well, I'm fine now at least knowing that there are lots of things to be thankful for- life, friends, jobs, answered prayers. Life is uncertain of course and in a split second the wind could change its direction. But on one hand, there's nothing to worry about because if you've learned how to keep your faith to God, you'd eventually get into that amazing thing He has prepared for you.

AND oh, two days ago I was more than honoured to be a part of my former student's wedding. He was a kid who always gave me sweet smiles in class way back November 2010 in FU-Da Nang campus...and he was beyond being nice and sincere. Before I moved to Ha Noi campus, I promised to visit him in his hometown one day...and so I did last year. Then, I also promised that as long as I'm in Vietnam, and he gets married, I'd attend his special day...AND it happened two days ago. I wish these couple luck and more blessings to come their way.

This October I pray and declare a more blessed relationship, more answered prayers, healthier life among friends and family, success, and strength.

Princess MoMo

Momo is more than adorable...I would like to thank Bao Linh for having MoMo with me. She's a stress-reliever, the sweetest snow ball, and also a smart lady.

Here are some photos of MoMo with almost the same angle but with almost different expressions. Hey, she knows when I'm ready with my shutter.

We LOVE, MoMo!

Whale Sharks in Oslob Cebu

Had the chance to enjoy the sunny morning with the Whale Sharks in Tan-Awan Oslob Cebu Philippines. For locals who don't have voter's ID, it's 500 pesos if you go snorkeling and 300 pesos if you just stay on the boat and watch. But if you can show them an Oslob voter's ID, then 30 pesos for watching and 50 pesos for snorkeling. For foreign visitors and those from other cities, it's about a thousand bucks. Well, it was worth the watch. I suggest you bring your own underwater camera because it would cost you an arm and a leg for an underwater camera at about 550 pesos with one CD.

Blessed with Friends

Tuesday, April 28th, 2015

Yesterday night, Wardah and Razky dropped by my room and we had the best chitchat ever. It's been a long time since I've had a small talk with nice people like them. But before that, we made sure that we were able to take selfies in front of DOM A together with the rest of the Bruneians. They're not only happy people but also very warm and sincere.

Well, at almost midnight yesterday, there was a power cut off so we gathered at the hallway in front of Masa's room waiting for the power to resume. Then as soon as the power was back,Hamiz, Wardah, Razky and I gate crashed Masa's room with all his Miso soup mix and so on. It was great!!!

But today is one of the most grateful days of my life. Masa's mom never fails to bring me happiness as she continues to send me her prayers and well-wishes. Last Christmas, she sent me a pretty handkerchief; and to me it was gorgeous. I bet you, this family is a great example of a devout Japanese Christian. Why? I've never met his mom, but she knew how to make me more thankful in life. Today, I got a very precious silver necklace with cross pendant from her. Tell you what, it's not about what it's made of, but it's about this feeling that this brings all the blessings from the family and they kindheartedly share them with me.  Maybe God bless this family more and more. Thanks again!!! (#teary-eyed)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I also want to emphasize that I'm so thankful to the Lord for giving me my Pink Shrimp. He's one-of-a-kind and he will always be in my heart. He has picked up all my broken pieces and has made me feel that loving is one of the best feelings in a "used to be" broken woman like me. Now, I believe that there's always someone for everyone. You just have to be patient and never stop believing in the power of prayers. Lord, please take care of my love...each day. (I Love you my Pink Shrimp!)

From Sue with Love.

Hmnn I bet, my mom has been wondering when exactly I'm going home...LOL! I'd surprise her. Wait, momma and Ming-Ming the cat, I'll see you both soon. I Love you!

Manila, Cebu, and the north, See you soon!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I declare a safe and blessed and hassle-free flight for me to the Philippines and for Masa to Tokyo. I also affirm that my June trip is safe, successful and would be a blessing to us who are going. No weapon formed against me, my family, My Pink Shrimp and my friends shall prosper, In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Field Trip (Nature and Barbecue)

Location: Bavi National Park, Vietnam
Class PC_1006_P2
Date: Friday, April 17th, 2015

A motorbike ride up the lush, cool mountain was one of the best that we've done this block. Bavi offers the best gift of nature from the waterfalls, to the green forests, cool air and some temples as well.  The ascend included mouth-watering grilled  fresh water fish, chicken and pork. That was an amazing experience and it's worth sharing the photos here in my blogger before I head for summer in my hometown, Cebu Philippines.

Here are some photos: Enjoy!

Will upload more tonight.
