Can Tho is the fourth largest city in Vietnam and the largest in Mekong Delta.  It's known for the its lively floating markets and one of the most visited is the Cai Rang floating market which offers fresh and cheap vegetables and tropical fruits. A MUST visit especially for those who want to explore Vietnam's cultural differences among cities and provinces and the people. By the way, the tasty street food and the night market are just bonuses.
