These rainy days have been driving me crazy but they can never stop me from wandering around the city centre. Oh guess what, this morning was horrible that our cab had to swim on the flooded roads of Cau Giay. LOL! Anyhow, I managed to get to Zenith Yoga and Cafe in the Old Quarter for the organic vegan lunch. It was indeed "heavenly" that I'd visit the place again in the next few days!

(Heavenly Vegan Lunch at Zenith) "Tasty Plate": Avocado Fresh Nem, Tofu Wrapped Mushroom Bites, Chickpea and Mung Bean Falafel, Caramelized Zucchini and Black Bean Bites, Marinated Grilled Eggplant Antipasto, Semi-Dried Herbed Tomatoes, Beetroot and Walnut Tabbouleh, Vegetable Sticks and Banh Da---with Assorted Dips and Yummy Pita.
