What The Hell?!
Ok let's make it short, we were on the road on our motorbikes passing by the tunnel when two local authorities of the place stopped us for not having a headlight. Unbelievable sharks, they asked us 850k vnd for each bike! The real penalty is just around 200k and if they want extra that would cost 500k. Yes, they gave us receipts without indicating how much the fee was. Ridiculous!!! I asked my Vietnamese companions to ask these assholes to specify the amount but they hesitated. Woww my country is also one of the most corrupt in the world, but Hoa Binh Vietnam is incredible! These very shameful local officers will have a party tonight from other people's money. What the fuck!!!
