Beware!!!
There isn't any intention of stereotyping the authorities in the country but Hoa Binh in Vietnam has given ME a trauma. I will never ever pay a visit on this city as it is horrible. I thought we could trust the humble locals of the place but on the other side of the road are heartless police who want the last penny in your pocket. HUHUHU
